Scope of application
CJX2 - Z series DC operating contactors (hereinafter referred to as contactors) are suitable for 50Hz (or 60Hz) AC power systems with rated voltage of 690V and rated current of 95A. The main control object is motor. lt can also be used to control other loads such as welding machine,capacitor bank.Electrothermal device, lighting equipment and so on.
Structural Characteristics
·Three-dimensional layout, building block combined structure, can be installed above the auxiliary contact group and air delay head, conducive to expansion.Functions,auxiliary contacts can be installed on both sides, and various functional modules such as delay or over-voltage abs-orption can be installed on both ends of coil.
·Contacts adopt double breakpoints and forced friction structure, which has self-cleaning effect.
·Contacts are numbered, intuitive and easy to install.
Working And Installation Conditions
·Ambient air temperature - 25~45~24 hours average does not exceed + 35.
·Installation site not exceeding 2000m above sea level;
·Relative humidity of air does not exceed 50% when the maximum ambient air temperature is +40 °C. lt can have higher
relative humidity at lower temperatures. The monthly average minimum temperature of the wettest month does not exceed
+25 °C, and the monthly average maximum relative humidity of the month does not exceed 90%, taking into account the
condensation of products due to temperature changes.
·Rated working system:
a)Eight-hour working system
b)Intermittent periodic working system (or intermittent working system)
c) Uninterrupted working system
·The environmental pollution grade is "pollution grade 3".
·Installation category is "Installation category lll"
··The series contactors can be installed by screw or on 35mm (CJX2-09 Z~32 Z) and 75mm (CJX2-40 Z~95 Z) U-type instalation rails.
